Change Your Mind to Change Your Body

So how long has passed since you've been thinking of joining my Ignition Nutrition group but still haven't? 3 months? 6 months? A whole year?! What's holding you back? Fear? Denial? That it sounds too good to be true?

 

This post is for all you curious onlookers who are on the fence about joining my online nutrition group - Ignition Nutrition. Yes, I am looking directly at YOU!

 

Upon joining the group, a good 9 out of 10 members will tell me how they have followed my Facebook page for "a good while now" (some up to a over a year!) before they finally decided to take the plunge and see what all the fuss is all about. They then go on to tell me how they feel trapped in a vicious cycle of one failed diet after another. The results are always short lived. All their efforts have gone to waste, and they are fed up, feeling completely deflated, and on the verge of losing their minds!
