This post is for all you curious onlookers who are on the fence about joining my online nutrition group - Ignition. Yes, I am looking directly at YOU!
The reason why I know you exist is because at the beginning of each new month I ask the group members, old and new, to introduce themselves, give a brief history of methods they've tried in the past, what has worked and/or not worked for them previously, and what they hope to achieve by being here. Or indeed what they already have achieved by being a part of the group.
A good 9 out of 10 people will tell me how they have followed my Facebook page for "a good while now" (some up to a over a year!) before they finally decided to take the plunge and see what all the fuss is all about. They then go on to tell me how they feel trapped in a vicious cycle of one failed diet after another. The results are always short lived. All their efforts have gone to waste, and they are fed up, feeling completely deflated, and on the verge of losing their minds!
Then come along the veteran members (I have some with me over a year now!), and I read such comforting and reassuring comments such as: "You've come to the right place!", "You won't regret it!", "You'll be so glad you joined up!", "Welcome to the mad house!" LOL.

You also have 24/7 access to pick my brains about everything and anything. If I don't know the answer then I'll go find it and get back to you as soon as a possibly can. It's a very safe and supportive group, a 100% judgement free zone, and there is no such thing as a stupid question.
