About Personalised Coaching

Personalised Nutrition Coaching is ideal for those who fancy a more exclusive approach and prefer more face to face time with a coach. The program follows the same sound principles as the Ignition Nutrition program, but comes with all the extra trimmings, which are continual support, accountability, face to face consultations and follow-up assessments throughout the coaching process. The coaching consultations take place fully online via video or telephone call, so you can get involved any time any place.

What's Next?

Once enrolled, the first week is all about the lifestyle and dietary analysis. The purpose of which is for me to understand your goals and needs, what nutrition programs or strategies you have tried before, and ultimately to figure out what approach will work best for you from here on.

This is also an important step of the process to help me gain a real insight into your current lifestyle and daily routine, which will be invaluable when it comes to identifying current limitations that may hinder progress, so we can be confident that the changes we introduce are obtainable and long lasting.

Once complete, I will review and assess all the information gathered so far, while you make a start on the goal setting task.

I will decide from there what the next best step is for you to take, and discuss everything so far with you during our initial 30 minute clarity consultation.

From here on over the next 12 weeks, I will provide you with all continual support and follow-up assessments you need, including further face to face consultation every 4 weeks.
