As your nutrition coach, I am committed to helping you make long lasting positive change so you can lead the healthy and happy life that you both want and deserve. Whether your goal is better health, and/or weight loss, I can help you achieve it so you can feel your absolute best.
I am currently offering 2 levels of the program. No matter what level of support you choose, know that each one is individualized and 100% private between you and I. Choose the one that you think will work best for you, and the level of interaction that you think you need with me as your coach.
Level 1 is geared towards those who respond well to written guidance and direction, as well as needing the accountability of the weekly check-in.
Level 2 includes the addition of an initial clarity call to walk you through the process, monthly face to face consultations along the way, and 24/7 text support. This is more suited to those who want to completely overhaul their relationship with food and their approach to dieting. The coaching consultations take place fully online via video or telephone call, so you can get involved any time any place.
