I have been following you on Facebook for a while and have read some of your articles so was familiar with your approach. In saying that, I still found the seminar really informative.

I really liked your no nonsense approach & it's really bringing the whole 'dieting' business back to basics which makes it so much easier to manage & fit into a busy lifestyle.

The seminar was easy to listen and I enjoyed your "down to earth" approach. Though obviously you know your information & the science behind it I didn't feel flummoxed by the terminology etc.

Thanks so much for this seminar! I learned I wasn't too far off with my knowledge of a healthy diet but that I do give into healthier versions of things and think I'm doing better when I probably am eating more.

 

I loved the common sense approach and no sugar coating. It's great to be able to laugh at the quirks of dieting and not feel stupid for falling for them.
